Well done to our Under 8’s who took part in a blitz in New Inn on Saturday morning last. Well done to all involved.

A massive well done to our Under 14 panel who took part in Feile in Cork last weekend. We reached the semi-final on Sunday morning but were beaten by a strong Newcastlewest team. The girls, parents and mentors had a super weekend and will have memories to cherish for years ahead. Well done to all involved. Thanks to all who sponsored and contributed in any way in making this weekend possible and such a success.

Sean Breen RIP:

Last Sunday week saw the tragic passing of prominent Eire Og player Sean Breen, Rossacrowe, at the young age of 24. Sean, a prominent player on the Junior team as well as on the cusp of the Senior panel will be missed by all who knew him, on and off the field. To his parents, brother, girlfriend, relatives and friends along with his team-mates with Eire Og, the club extends its condolences. Ar dheis de go raibh a anam dilis.

Under 14 Footballers were defeated by Shannon Rovers Gaels in the County semi-final last Saturday week.
