Eire Og Camogie:

Best of luck to all our girls receiving leaving certificate results this week from everyone in our camogie club.

Hard luck to our seniors who lost to Cashel in county 1/4 final last Friday night week after Cashel got a last-minute goal. They bounced back last Saturday when they defeated Toomevara last Saturday in senior league semi-final in the Ragg. They now face Nenagh in the final in two weeks’ time. Well done to all involved.

Well done to our juniors who played Moycarkey last Sunday evening in Littleton. Our girls played super camogie against a strong Moycarkey side. This concludes the junior campaign for the year. A massive thanks to players and management for their commitment throughout the year. This was the first time in the club that a second team was fielded for championship so that's a massive achievement for everyone involved. All very positive and we are all looking forward to the 2021 season already!!!

Well done to our under 12 white team who had a super win on Sunday in the county semi-final v Nenagh which was played in Boherlahan. Following games against Rockwell (won) and Holycross (lost) in playoff games last Sunday week in New Inn. The girls played outstanding and really deserve their place in the county final. Well done to all involved. Both the blues and whites have now qualified for county Finals.

A massive congratulations to our panel of under 16 girls who were involved in a thrilling county final v Cashel last Thursday evening in the Ragg. It took extra time to separate these teams in which was a highly exciting and nerve wrecking game to watch. The intensity, heart, skill and fight that our girls showed from the word go right until the final whistle was top class. We are so proud of you all. Congratulations to Cashel on the victory. Our girls received Bourke Sports tops after the game that were generously sponsored to the club. Many thanks.

Well done to our under 14s who had a great win over Borrisoleigh last Saturday week in Borrisoleigh. Girls have now qualified for county final.
