Arravale Rovers 8-09, Eire Og Annacarty\Galtee Rovers 1-06.
Arravale Rovers made short work of a disjointed and weak Eire Og\Galtee combination in this mis-matched encounter in Sean Treacy Park last Wednesday.
Once Killian Fitzgerald got the game's opening goal in the 8th minute it was one-way traffic, in spite of Evan Breen's well-worked goal 4 minutes later in probably the best move made by the Eire Og\Galtee combo. Killian Fitzgerald added a hat-trick of goals along with another from Caleb Molloy-Hickey to leave the home side ahead 5-05 to 1-03 at the interval.
The 2nd half bought no relief for the hapless combo as the home side kept the scoreboard busy with further goals from Killian Fitzgerald, Shane Maher and Caleb Molloy-Hickey to run out easy winners 8-09 to 1-06. David Grogan's full-time whistle put the hapless combo out of their misery.
